We possess 26 injection molding machines, as well as fuel injection, screen printing lines and assembly lines. COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN
San Heng got qualified Computer Aided Design (CAD) technician. The use of CAD is advantageous in allowing the conceptual design to be virtually tested and reduces the waste of time and materials. The CAD solid modelling not only shows how the finished product will look, but the software can simulate how the conceptual design will work in the real production. When the design is agreed，San Heng will put the conceptual design to an injection mould making.
INJECTION MOULDING
The injection moulding process is extremely accurate. Our experienced technicians use the latest technologies in our production with CNC monitor quality.
We process a wide variety of materials both imported and locally produced. QUALITY CONTROL
Quality control is carried out in our whole process. From raw material sourcing to the finished product, San Heng uses the advanced testing instruments like Biquardratic Microscopes and Three Coordinate Tester to keep each product in excellent quality.
